Keystone: A friend of the homeowner recommended the services of A C R. A water pipe broke in the attic and saturated the drywall ceilings and walls in 2 upstairs bathrooms. The water then flowed onto flooring (carpet, pad, hardwood) into the ceiling cavity above the first floor. This ceiling was made of plaster and the walls were drywall. The homeowner had a plumber repair the plumbing leak in the attic. A C R set up a drying system on each level. The water loss was caught early so there was no need for mold remediation. The A C R technicians will continue to monitor the drying process. They also provided the homeowners information about A C R’s carpet cleaning services.
