Falling Waters Lane - Dear Jim, I would like to thank you for the incredible job that you have done on the carpet cleaning at the Falling Waters Clubhouse and also want to let you know how pleased I am with the friendliness and professionalism of your staff. Upon coming the Property Manager of this site in February of 2001, I had a difficult task of finding a reputable, yet affordable, company to clean the clubhouse carpets. After many positivve recommendations from other Property Managers, we chose A C R. A C R charged more than other companies, but I can honestly say that neither the Board or myuself have never regretted the decision! As you know, the Falling Waters Clubhouse is available for rental by the homeowners, and not all of the renters are responsible enough to leave the place as clean as it wass when they walked in the doors. Our worst rental to date occured in the Spring of 2001. Holding what was the equivalent of a fraternity party, the clubhouse renter casued over $ 1,200.00 worth of damages to the clubhouse, including what I believed at the time to be unrepairable Jello ( Cherry ) and vomit stains on the carpet. You assured me that the place would look as good as new when you were finished with it and you lived up to your word! After your crew left, I would have never known there was a party two days earlier.
