As you know, shortly after attending your continuing education course on water damage we experienced a fire at our facility. It quickly came apparent that, because of smoke residue, a critical office space could not be occupied. My building suffered fire and smoke damage to the entire 25 floors. I contacted A C R to clean and deodorize all common areas of the building and the individual units. Ogden Avenue - This has been a traumatic event for my family, and one that I had no previous experience with directly of through anyone I know. The first moment A C R arrived at our home Jim O'Callaghan and his crews made us feel someone was really looking out for us. Jim O'Callaghan patiently explained the process, allaying and fears, and basically conveyed to us that A C R would do whatever it took to make us feel comfortable. His IICRC Certified Fire Crews were through, neat and professional. They made sure that the smoke odors and stains would not be in our clothing, electronic, and photographs when they returned them to our home.
