Lamont Terrace: A C R was notified of the water damage from the leaking ice maker. A C R’s IICRC certified water damage technicians inspected the home for flood damage. The kitchen had wet laminate and the dining room had wet carpet and pad. The water damage restoration included water extraction which was done on the wet carpet and laminate. Both rooms had wet drywall walls and wood baseboards. Dehumidifiers and fans were placed in the flood clean up area to dry the wet drywall and wet carpet. After the water damage restoration was completed, the technicians followed up with a carpet cleaning service on the dry carpet.
