Yosemite Trail: A C R received an emergency call from a property management company. A sewer back up in the hallway behind the garage caused water damage to the glue down carpet and drywall walls. The damage clean up included extracting the carpet, removing the carpet and power washing the affected area using an industrial cleaner. The affected drywall was cut out and 2 industrial airmovers were used to help dry out the area. The water damage service was monitored until the moisture levels reached acceptable levels.
