Paulina: The A C R water technicians were contacted for a sewage back up. Raw sewage came up through a floor drain during a heavy rainfall. The insurance company called A C R and we were on the scene within 2 hours. The basement wine cellar, bathroom, hallway and office were contaminated in the upscale home. The flooring in the hallway was wood, the office had carpet over padding and both the wine cellar and bathroom had ceramic tile. The technicians pulled the carpet and pad and disinfected the floor using industrial cleaning supplies. They set up a drying system using an industrial air scrubber and dehumidifier.
