Algonquin: A poorly insulated pipe burst in the gravel crawlspace. The space filled to a depth of 3" before the water was shut off. The homeowners pumped out most of the standing water themselves. The crawl space had a lot of contents which suffered water damage. The technicians removed the bagged contents from the crawlspace and performed water extraction from the sump well. The technicians set-up airmovers to vent the moist air from crawlspace. They did not see any visible mold growth, but they took all necessary precautions to prevent the need for mold remediation.
