Springfield Road: The electrical power went off for 4 hours during a huge thunderstorm causing a sump pump failure in the garden level apartment. The water backed up affecting most of basement floors , walls, sofa , area rug in furnace room & under the pool table. The workout room has glue down carpet and pad and the furnace room is concrete. The residential cleaning consisted of spraying disinfectant and power washing the floors. They set up a drying system and monitored it until the unit was dry.
