Freeman: A tree root from a willow tree plugged the water line. The water backed up through the toilet and laundry sink, saturating the drywall in the bathroom and laundry room. The bathroom, hall, front hall and laundry room have layers of ceramic tile, vinyl tile and concrete. The computer room and bathroom have both carpet and tile flooring. The technicians cleaned the tile and grout and carpeting with industrial disinfectants. They vented the walls and set up a drying system. They will continue to monitor the damage cleanup process until it meets the industry standards.
