Rt 173: An insurance claim adjuster notified A C R about an emergency water loss for a commercial business located in a strip shopping center. The sprinkler system in the adjacent store malfunctioned and released water affecting the shared wall and glue down carpet in the insured business. The A C R certified water technicians used a carpet extractor to remove the water from the carpet. They also removed the base cove and set up a drying system. The technicians were able to service the loss with the minimum amount of interruption to the insured. The insurance company and A C R stayed in contact during the commercial clean up.
