Iris Avenue: A C R received a service request from the homeowner's insurance company. The area had heavy rains and the sump pump in the basement was unable to keep up. The entire basement had water damage.The basement had commercial carpet laid over rebond pad and wood paneling over drywall.The humidity levels were very high and there was a strong odor present. The technicians removed the carpet, pad and baseboards. They manipulated the contents, disinfected, extracted and powerwashed all affected areas.They also set up a drying system.
