Polk Street: ACR provided water damage service in Chicago, whose home had to be packed out. The customer wrote: "Hi Marian & Bob, I’m not sure if you were made aware of the events that took place at my condo this past Friday, but Bob Bronk and a few other ACR team members came out to deliver my items which have been in storage the past 6 months. To my dismay, the company that had “cleaned” the condo damaged my new hard wood floors and left the place dirty & dusty. Bob Bronk was extremely professional & helpful and went above and beyond his call of duty. He immediately obtained a video camera from his truck and documented everything that went on. I just wanted to extend my thanks to ACR and especially Bob Bronk for the professionalism, courteousness, and dedication that has been given to me for the past 6 months. I would highly recommend ACR to anyone and greatly appreciate all that you’ve done for me. I am currently working with my contractor & Allstate to finalize the work to repair the floors at which point I will need a reputable cleaning service. Bob had indicated to me that ACR provides those services & I have already indicated to my insurance adjuster that I will only use ACR for that task. If possible, I would like to request Bob Bronk’s assistance in doing the cleaning. I will be contacting you once I am ready to move in (again!) – just wanted to express my gratitude."
