Arthington Avenue - I wanted to thank you for your professionalism and response times that you have provided me over the past couple of years. The care and tact that your staff uses when dealing with a resident is greatly appreciated. WHen we push water up a service connection the best way to deal with an irate resident is to quickly and politely clean it up. When our field crews cannot clean it to a resident's satisfaction, one phone call to A C R and it is taken care of. I appreciate being able to give you the contact information and your response to everything from that point. In addition, the documentation provided has eliminated any future claims or problems with the municipality that we are working for.
