Melrose Avenue: The 2nd level toilet clogged resulting in the need for sewage clean up. The bathroom vinyl floor, subfloor, drywall wall and vanity needed cleaning services. The contaminated water traveled to the 1st level living room plaster ceiling, drywall and wood floors. The basement framing was wet. The homeowner did some of the house cleaning in the basement. The technicians set up a drying system on the 2nd floor. On the 1st level the water damage service included removing the affected ceiling and base boards. They vacuumed the floor and sealed off the unaffected area in the basement in order to contain the water damage. They set up additional drying systems, monitored the drying and disinfected where needed.
