Driftwood: The A C R technicians showed up on site within hours of a pipe break inside the ceiling. The water damage affected the master bedroom carpet and pad, the bathroom ceramic tile, the kitchen ceiling and hard wood floors and the ceramic tile throughout the rest of the house. The basement ceiling and contents also suffered from the flood damage. The certified technicians set up a drying system in basement using industrial drying equipment. They will continue to monitor the dry out and set up additional commercial drying equipment for the wood floors. A carpet extractor will help remove the moisture from the carpet and pad. The technicians feel that it will be necessary to remove the basement contents in order to prevent any further need for furniture cleaning.
