th Avenue: The insurance company contacted A C R to report water damage due to the heavy rains. There was an electric power failure and the sump pump in the basement did not have an emergency back up battery. The homeowner told the A C R technicians that at one point the water was about 1-1/2 feet high throughout the unfinished basement. The A C R technicians bagged and disposed of the large amount of wet contents. They powerwashed and disinfected in order to meet all professional cleaning requirements. They set up a drying system and monitored the drying process on a daily basis. A C R communicated with the insurance company in order to make sure that all of the insurance company requirements were met.
