Beverly Avenue, Chicago: A C R was contacted for water damage restoration. A sink in the 2nd floor bathroom overflowed and caused water damage in the home. A C R’s IICRC certified technicians did a water damage inspection and found wet carpet and pad in the bathroom and wet drywall and hardwood floor in the family room. It was necessary to extract water from the wet carpet. They installed dehumidifiers and a wood floor drying system to restore the wet materials. Once the flood restoration is complete, carpet cleaning services will be offered.
