O'Malley: The insurance company notified A C R about a water loss. The refrigerator line in the kitchen leaked and saturated the ceramic floor, drywall and baseboards. The water damage traveled into the dining room and affected the drywall, baseboards and hardwood floor. The water also made its way down to the finished basement and saturated the drywall walls and ceiling, the carpet/pad and baseboards. The technicians moved the belonging so that there would not be a need for furniture cleaning. The technicians installed an injectadry on the hardwood floor in the dining room, tented the hardwood floor, removed the baseboards, cored the walls, and ducted into and out of the basement ceiling. They will take care of the ceramic tile, remove the wet insulation and continue to monitor the drying.
