Drake: The ACR technicians were called out for an emergency inspection. There was extensive water damage due to sump pump overflow, a broken pipe and a foundation leak. The carpet, pad, drywall and baseboards were affected in several areas throughout the basement. The technicians removed the baseboards, cored the necessary walls in order to encourage air flow and moved the contents to reduce the the need for furniture cleaning. They set up a drying system consisting of industrial dehumidifiers and air movers. The drying was monitored with moisture meters.
