Valley Drive: ACR's IICRC certified technicians where called out on an emergency water damage restoration service. After the intial clean up, involving water extraction, the property manager was very please with the water damager restoration services she recieved and wrote a thank you to Bob Smolka for the fast response: " I know they want you to do the work. They have approved it via email. I just do not have a signed contract back. If your okay with the email approval, I can send that to you until I have the signed version. I also wanted to tell you the Board was very impressed with Patrick and his follow up. He made sure to call me everyday with a status update. That really went along way with the Board."
