Ozanam: A C R received a call for emergency service. A backup through the floor drain affected the entire unfinished basement. The technicians manipulated the contents away from the affected area. The techs thorougly inspected the loss, documented their findings and took pictures. They pre-sprayed, extracted and then disinfected the concrete floors and walls. They set up a drying system consisting of 3 airmovers and 1 dehumidifier. The technicians will continue to monitor the loss until the moisture readings meet industry standards.
