Canfield Avenue - On September 13, 2003 we had a sprinkler head burst in a second floor resident unit, flooding three floors of fully occupied long-term facility. Resorting to the internet I saw the ad for wwww.acrrestores.com. Figuring. "what have I got to lose," I called the number, immediately you answered and within 9- minutes had water damage crews on site. What followed was a professional approach to water damage clean up. It was obvious watching A C R that their company had the right water damage equipment, training, and expereince. Because of the nature of our envirnoment, we placed a tight deadline on A C R to have nearly 20 affected ( flooded ) residents rooms ready for occupancy no later than 5:00 PM. At around 3:30 PM, we were returning residents to their rooms and by 5:00 PM, to the hum of air movers, dehumidifiers, we moved our final residents into their rooms. A C R went beyond our expectations. A C R answered thier phone, responded immediately, was professional in all aspects, and was flexible to adapt to a challenging helathcare envirnoment.
