P.O. Box 43 - I had the privlege of personally experiencing the quality of your company's work in January of this year. De to a big thaw, the basement of my house flooded when the sewers were unable to handle the overflow. I had water pouring into my basement for nine hours, which was a devasting expereince. The insurance company responded first. A representative called us several times throughout the deay to see if the water has stopped, and when it finally did, your company came in right away. Your employees were professional and through, and explained everything they were doing. They were able to clean ot the basement and sanitize the floor without upsetting the rest of the house, and made sure not to make any other unneccessary messes. I felt termendous releif when they had set up the fans and dehumidifiers. The men from A C R continued to come out daily to check the mositure levels so they could determine when things were dry. I want to thank everyone who worked on this project, and I will definitely recommend your company to others in the future.
