Rudolph Road: The property manager from a large suburban company phoned in a water loss at a condominium that the managed. The water supply line to the toilet broke and affected the bathroom carpet/pad, wood cabinet and drywall walls in one unit. The water loss occurred three days before hand and was repaired by a plumber. The property management approved the following work: carpet extraction in the bathroom and offset next to it, cutting the carpet/pad & setting up a drying system. The A C R technicians will continue to monitor the loss until the drying meets hygenic standards.
