Cedar Crest: A C R received an emergency service call from the insurance company. The water heater in the basement burst affecting the furnace room drywall and asbetos tile over a concrete floor, the hallway carpet/pad, drywall, and baseboards and the bedrooms carpet/pad, drywall and baseboards . A C R removed the carpet pad, disinfected using industrial pressure spray equipment, extracted the floor, manipulated the contents of the basement and removed the baseboards. They vented the walls in order to promote air circulation behind the drywall and set up a drying system. A C R will stay in daily contact with the insurance company and continue to monitor the drying until it meets the professional standards.
