Oak Wood Drive: A plumbing pipe burst in the wall affecting the home office drywall, carpet/pad/underlayment and paneling over drywall with insulation. The concrete hallway had a lot of cardboard boxes and household goods. There was visible mold on the underlayment and on the drywall behind the paneling. An estimate to get rid of the mold and odor removal was prepared. The homeowner decided to go ahead with the bid.
