Homewood: A condominium owner contacted ACR and requested water damage service. The unit above had a clean water loss. The water damage included some carpet, wood floor and drywall. Most of the areas had started to dry, except the bottom of the carpet pad and a 2’ square area of wood flooring. The certified technicians inspected and documented their findings. They set up a drying system and will use an injectadry on the wood floor. They will continue to monitor the loss until it meets industry water damage restoration standards.
