Chickasaw Court: A frantic homeowner phoned ACR to report a washing machine overflow in their first floor laundry room. The laundry room and bathroom had ceramic tile and the hallway, office and closet had hardwood flooring. The water damage spread into the finished basement affecting the exercise room Berber carpet over rebond pad. The wood floor on the first floor was tented and the technicians set up an injectadry system. A carpet extractor was used in the basement to remove most of the water. The water damage service included the removal of the wet drywall ceiling, removal of baseboard and the perforation of the wall. The basement ceiling was tented with a dehumidifier.
