Mitchell Drive: The insurance company notified A C R about a floor drain back up in the furnace room. One area of the basement had ceramic tile over concrete and paneling over drywall, which were all affected. The TV room had saturated carpet/ pad & paneling over drywall and minimal contents. The technicians received approval from the insurance company to remove all of the affected carpet/pad, paneling, drywall and baseboards. The technicians moved the contents in order to avoid sofa cleaning and upholstery cleaning. They then pressure sprayed and disinfected all of the framing and flooring, and set up a drying system. They will continue to monitor the drying and stay in contact with the insurance company. The homeowners were very happy with the damage cleanup done by the A C R certified technicians.
